Email Finder & Confidence Controls

  • Email Finder (single lookup) - find the likely address for any contact given name + company domain. 10 credits per found email; 3 lookups/day free.
  • Bulk Email Finder - upload a CSV of names + domains and get addresses back at scale. Up to 10,000 rows on Pro.
  • GDPR-compliant by design - DPA click-wrap, SHA-256 opt-out blocklist, 30-day auto-expiry on all results, public opt-out page.
  • Confidence threshold control - set your own safe-to-send score (50%-99%). Bulk CSV exports include a safe_to_send column computed against your threshold. Presets: Lenient (60%), Default (75%), Strict (90%).
Q3 2026

Lists, Monitoring & Integrations

  • Named list management - save, tag, and re-verify lists directly in your dashboard. Moves the product from a one-time tool to a managed asset.
  • List re-verification scheduling - auto re-verify a saved list on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly cadence. Keep your data fresh without manual uploads.
  • Automated list monitoring - HeroBounce re-checks your contacts automatically and flags newly invalid addresses before they cause bounces. Configurable alert threshold per list.
  • Native ESP integrations - HubSpot live: one-click connect, pull your list directly into HeroBounce, validate, and push clean results back. Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and Klaviyo coming next.
